PURPOSE: Adopt an Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish Regional Fire Authority (SRFR) and Snohomish County for the provision of fire investigation services.
BACKGROUND: The regional fire authority (RFA), Snohomish Regional Fire & Protection (SRFR) is updating it’s interlocal agreement with the County for fire investigation services to include the cities and towns within the RFA’s jurisdiction, including the City of Lake Stevens. The ILA will replace and supersede the existing Lake Steven’s Fire Investigations ILA including an updated fee schedule for services.
