PURPOSE: Approving Grant Agreement for Volunteers of America Western Washington to construct a new building located at 19509 64th Ave. West Lynnwood, WA 98036.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Council approved adopted Ordinance 22-001 on February 23, 2022; making supplemental appropriation the General Fund 002 to provide expenditure authority for unanticipated funds the 2022 budget. Funding provided from the County to the VOAWW will be in the amount of $1,000,000.00 subject to the terms of the agreement.
