PURPOSE: Approval of Amendment 2 to the Professional Serviced Agreement for MAT services with Ideal Option
BACKGROUND: On August 20, 2020 Snohomish County entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Ideal Option to provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) at Snohomish County Corrections. Both parties have agreed that the original hours of services provided and fee structure need to be modified to fit the reduced inmate population at Corrections. Amendment No 1 to the agreement, approved September 15, 2021, revised the compensation schedule effective July 1, 2021. We are asking for the approval of Amendment No 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Ideal Option which will update the hours and fee structure provided on Schedule B of the Agreement effective January 1, 2022.
