PURPOSE: To reconfirm the appointment of Jack Eckrem to the North Sound Behavioral Health Advisory Board.
BACKGROUND: The Interlocal Agreement that created the North Sound Regional Support Network (now dba North Sound Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization) stipulates that Snohomish County will have nine membership positions on the North Sound Behavioral Health Advisory Board. It further established that representatives of each county be appointed according to each county’s usual and customary method of appointment for terms to be determined by each individual county’s code. SCC 4.25 established terms for the North Sound Behavioral Health Advisory Board as three years and requires that the board reflect the profile of the community, including representation from diverse backgrounds.
The following individual is seeking to be reconfirmed to the North Sound Behavioral Health Advisory Board, to serve out a three-year term:
• Jack Eckrem, residing in Council District 3, 3rd term to expire 6/30/2025
