BACKGROUND: Diking District No. 1 has a vacancy on the Board of Commissioners in Position No. 1 due to the resignation of Steven Haugland. Snohomish County Council received written notice on April 19, 2022 of Steven Haugland’s resignation and the recommendation of Matthew D. Pinney, resident, living within the boundaries of Diking District No. 1.
