PURPOSE: To award project funding for UTSAV project
BACKGROUND: Council has appropriated $5,000,000 of funding for Council Projects as part of their response to the COVID-19 public health emergency. This project is to assist UTSAV, which partners with community volunteers to serve hot meals, and to assist families with navigating social services. They primarily serve the South Asian community. The agreement is on a reimbursement basis, and is for a total of $350,000, through December 31, 2023.
