PURPOSE: Motion referring an expansion of the Southwest UGA to PDS and the Planning Commission as part of Alternative 3 in the 2024 Comprehensive Plan update process.
BACKGROUND: The proposed expansion area is approximately 301 acres, of which 271 acres were proposed for expansion on Docket XXI (SW8, SW9, and SW16) but not placed on the final docket for further processing. The remaining 30 acres is Ruby Bridges Elementary.
