PURPOSE: To appoint Robert Patrino to serve on the Snohomish County Human Rights Commission as the District 5 representative.
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County SCC 2.460 pertains to the Snohomish County Human Rights Commission, which serves in an advisory capacity to the County Executive, County Council, and other county officers in matters concerning human rights. There is a vacancy for the District 5 representative. After consulting with County Councilmember Low, the executive recommends the appointment of Robert Patrino to fill the position representing District 5. Terms of service is for the remaining termed position, which will expire July 1, 2024.
