BACKGROUND: This Contract provides for the improvement of West Culvert Replacement near 115 280^th St NE (Group 1), East Culvert Replacement near 115 280^th St NE (Group 2), and Culvert Replacement near 2822 184^th PL SE (Group 3) and other work and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the 2022 Standard Specifications.
