PURPOSE: This motion would a proposed expansion of the Maltby Urban Growth Area, including Future Land Use Map, Zoning Map, and policy changes to the Snohomish County Planning Commission and the department of Planning and Development Services for consideration during the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update 

 

BACKGROUND: The proposed expansion of the Maltby UGA would include approximately 255 acres, including the area included in the Vangemert proposal in Docket XXI
