PURPOSE: Motion referring an expansion of the Southwest UGA to PDS and the Planning Commission for consideration and recommendation as part of Alternative 3 in the 2024 Comprehensive Plan update process.
BACKGROUND: The proposed expansion area is approximately 789 acres, of which 402 acres overlap with pending docket applications. 387 acres not related to the docket. This motion overlaps with the following docket applications: SW8, SW9, SW13 (western part only), SW14, SW15 and SW16.
