BACKGROUND: A formal bid was issued for Little Bear Creek Advanced Mitigation Site near Woodinville, WA. The work includes weed control, stream diversion, wetland excavation, grading, planting, fencing, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the 2021 Standard Specifications. The project includes Apprenticeship at 15%. Funding: Snohomish County funds, REET and FEIT
