PURPOSE: To approve and authorize the County Executive to sign an extension of an interlocal agreement with the City of Everett.
BACKGROUND: The original interlocal agreement expired on December 31, 2020. The parties wish to renew the agreement for a period of five years, ending on December 31, 2025.
