PURPOSE: Approval of a Council Budget Transfer (CBT) for year-end 2021 in Fund 130, SubFund 374 Disaster Relief
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this CBT is to reallocate funds among the Fund 130 SubFund 374 Disaster Relief DACs for CARES Act funds. These funds can be utilized for the costs associated with Sheriff’s law enforcement services provided in mitigating or responding to the COVID-19 public health emergency. This action will move the expenditure authority to the appropriate line items within Disaster Relief Programs in Fund 130 with no net increase in the total 2021 budget.
