PURPOSE: Budget transfer between line items in General Fund Nondepartmental Program 990 Miscellaneous
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Council approved Amended Ordinance No. 21-094 on November 3, 2021 appropriating proceeds from the sale County-owned general fund real property known as the Cathcart West property to pay off the associated debt and for investment in critical infrastructure projects. Alternative funding sources have been identified for a subset of projects. This transfer moves the expenditure authority from an operating transfer out to contingency within program 990.
