BACKGROUND: This is a (4) year agreement with Public Professional and Office-Clerical Employees and Drivers Local Union 763 affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters representing Corrections Sergeants & Lieutenants effective January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2024. The agreement has been ratified by the Union membership. The agreement calls for wage increases of 3.5% effective January 1, 2021, 3.0% effective January 1, 2022, 100% of the Seattle/Tacoma/Bellevue CPI-W with a floor of 1.5% and a ceiling of 3.5% effective January 1, 2023 and effective January 1, 2024. This agreement includes language that adjusts the shift differential from a fixed dollar basis to a percentage basis.
