PURPOSE: To provide indigent legal defense services for the period January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
BACKGROUND: This continues the relationship with the Snohomish County Public Defender Association to provide the majority of mandated legal attorney services for indigent offenders from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. The Snohomish County Public Defender Association is a nonprofit corporation that specializes in providing public defender services in Snohomish County.
