BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued to solicit pricing for the purchase of Firewall Hardware and Support for Palo Alto or equal products and support. Seven (7) bids were received from five (5) bidders before the bid due date and time. One bid was received after the due date and time and was returned unopened to the bidder.
