PURPOSE: This action amends SCC 4.26.017
BACKGROUND: Given the Covid-19 pandemic which started in 2020, and the subsequent continuing impacts to the needs of the citizens and the fluctuating economic and resource needs, it would be in the best interests of the County to adopt annual budgets for the period beginning January 1, 2023
