PURPOSE: This action amends SCC 4.12.015 Real Estate Excise Tax
BACKGROUND: The proposed amendment incorporates several recent changes the legislature has made to chapter 82.46 RCW for Real Estate Excise Tax, while at the same time making accommodation for any future amendments the legislature may make to chapter 82.46 RCW.
