PURPOSE: To recommend the reappointment of Jerry Strieck to the Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Program Advisory Board.

 

BACKGROUND:
*
                     The Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Program Advisory Board (CDMH Board) currently has nine vacancies. 
*
                     The Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Program Advisory Board voted unanimously to recommend this individual for reappointment at their December 16, 2020 board meeting. 
*
                     Jerry Strieck served as the representative for the Children’s Commission, but his term on that board would end mid-term on the CDMH Board. He also works for the Everett Police Department and has been recommended to represent law enforcement on the CDMH Board. 
*
                     This would be his 2nd term, which will expire on 2/28/2023.
