PURPOSE: Motion to establish COW-Budget
BACKGROUND: The Council anticipates the use of an ad hoc committee for the purpose of reviewing, discussing, and deliberating on the 2022 annual budget. Ordinance 08-106, adopted on September 3, 2008, provides for such subcommittees which are distinguished from both the Council’s standing subcommittees and from advisory ad hoc committees established on SCC 2.03.090. This motion establishes the Committee of the Whole for Budget Deliberations. It will expire on December 31, 2021.
