PURPOSE: County Council seeks input from departments and a recommendation from the Planning Commission on possible amendments in Chapters 30.75 and 30.86 SCC related to Development Agreements

 

BACKGROUND: This proposed ordinance would expand the scope of what Development Agreements can be used for and would add fees necessary for PDS to provide associated permitting services

DEPARTMENT FISCAL IMPACT NOTES:  The referral motion would have no direct fiscal impacts. If the proposed ordinance were adopted, then PDS would be able to charge fees associated with processing Development Agreements. The potential impact has not been estimated for this referral motion.

 

 

OTHER DEPARTMENTAL REVIEW/COMMENTS:  The County Council is using this motion to request input from the Office of Hearings Administration and Planning and Development Services as well as a recommendation from the Planning Commission once other input has been received.
