PURPOSE: Amending regulations on Accessory Dwelling Units in Rural Areas (SCC 30.28.010)
BACKGROUND: Proposed changes would (1) allow detached ADUs on substandard lots in rural areas, and (2) eliminate provision that most detached ADUs must be within 100 feet of primary dwelling.
