PURPOSE: The approval of the attached Amendment 4 will allow a 3-year extension to the NeoGov HR Recruitment and Selection Agreement for annual maintenance and support.
BACKGROUND: In 2011 Snohomish County entered into an Agreement with Governmentjobs.com dba NeoGov for an online automated recruitment and selection system for new employees as part of implementation of recommendations made during a 2007 performance audit of the Snohomish County hiring process. The Agreement was amended in 2014 to expand recruitment functionality, and in 2020 and 2021 to add functionality. The current term for annual maintenance and support expires September 27, 2021. NeoGov has offered a three year extension to the Master Agreement which includes no price increase for the 2021 annual renewal and a 5% price increase for each of the 2022 and 2023 annual renewals The attached Amendment 4 provides a three year extension to the Agreement with set pricing through 2024.
