PURPOSE: Reclassification of IT Data Manager for Council review and approval.
BACKGROUND: In 2019 Snohomish County experienced a HIPAA breach. As a result, a Data Steering Committee was formed and identified areas for improvement in data management and mitigation of risk. This reclass request is informed by this work and supported at an enterprise level.
