EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approve
PURPOSE: The purpose of this agreement with Landau Associates, Inc. is to conduct environmental baseline assessments for two Airport properties being considered for potential future development.
BACKGROUND: .
Ø The Airport requests authority to utilize the Snohomish County Public Works On-Call Contract for environmental consulting services.
Ø Landau Associates, Inc. of Edmonds was selected to provide environmental consulting services pursuant to the Snohomish County Public Works On-Call Contract Agreement No. OCC19/1-7.8(AP).
Ø The Airport has two potential properties being considered for potential future development, which will require environmental baseline studies to include in lease documents.
Ø One if these sites is a potential fuel farm, which is critical to serving the future needs of the airport.
Ø The value of the contract is NTE $59,794.
Ø Public Works has reviewed the contract and has stated that it is contract compliant.
