PURPOSE: The purpose of this ECAF is to approve and execute Contract Amendment Eight to the contract for Comprehensive Appraisal, Assessment, and Treasury System
BACKGROUND: The Comprehensive Appraisal, Assessment and Treasury Management System was purchased by Snohomish County in 1998, and has been in use by the Assessor and Treasury Departments since that time. This current amendment allows for extension of the maintenance and support services through August 31, 2024. With an option to extend one additional year term, if needed.
