EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:  Approve

PURPOSE: Council approval of an Ordinance to grant establishment of a new public road right-of-way.

BACKGROUND: RMH LLC, a Washington State Limited Liability Company, has applied to Snohomish County Planning and Development Services (PDS) for approval of a Single-Family Detached Unit (SFDU). As a condition of approval, the Department of Public Works (DPW) and PDS are requiring the applicant to construct and establish a new public road identified as 21st Avenue West.
