PURPOSE: Approval of amendment to SCC 2.68 to update RCW references and provide delegation authority to Public Works director.
BACKGROUND: Request approval of amendment to SCC 2.68. The proposed amendment adds authority for the Public Works director to delegate to other officers and staff as appropriate. This language is consistent with the authority granted to other department directors. The proposed amendment updates RCW and SCC references that have been revised and renumbered.
