PURPOSE: To obtain Council approval of the Contract for RFQ-24-001TB
BACKGROUND: Contract covers the professional design and engineering services for the New Start Center of Edmonds. Facilities and Fleet Management sent out a public request for qualifications which was responded to by nine (9) firms. OAC Service scored over 10% higher than the next highest respondent. Facilities and Fleet then began negotiations with OAC Services in accordance with SCC 3.04.195(5). The Contract represents the results of the negotiated terms, conditions, scope, schedule, fees, and other requirements to fulfill the requirements set forth in the RFQ. This contract is ARPA funded.
