PURPOSE: Approving a Budget Transfer Within 002 General Fund
BACKGROUND: The 2022 adopted budget includes the FTE authority for a Human Resources Business Partner and we are requesting a budget transfer to fund the vacant position as of August 1 due to increased service demands, including the integration of the Health District.
