EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved
PURPOSE: The Business Accelerator program is a new partnership between Connect Casino Road (CCR) and Greater Seattle Business Association (GSBA) to support the entrepreneurial community of Casino Road. The program is a structured 8-week course designed for existing small businesses or entrepreneurs wanting to start their own business. Each week covers a different topic, such as the components of a successful business plan. Sponsorship funding will be used to pay for class expenses to include interpretation equipment.
BACKGROUND: The Office of Social Justice has been directed to provide sponsorship funding for diversity, equity and inclusion programs operating within Snohomish County.
