ORAL MOTION
Vice-Chair Low made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve the County Executive to execute the Settlement Agreement and Release of All Claims in the amount of $300,000.00 relating to the Damage Claim Number R22-003242 filed with Snohomish County Risk Management on August 5, 2025, by David Irwin as reviewed and approved as to form by the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Nehring seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
