PURPOSE: Ordinance for public hearing, review and signing of Council Project agreement for GF-022-02f Everett City -ILA.
BACKGROUND: The Council appropriated $5,000,000 for “Council Projects” in the 2023 adopted budget and this is one just project. The COVID-19 pandemic exposed weaknesses in systemic availability and access to resources and connections necessary to lead healthy, stable and independent lives; The City of Everett is working to address one of those health issues with this facility improvement.
