PURPOSE: Obtain approval of Amendment No. 7 to the contract with American Association of Airport Executive (AAAE) to extend term of agreement for two additional years per original contract terms with additional compensation thereto.
BACKGROUND:
* This contract was bid and AAAE was selected per RFP 15-18SR pursuant to motion 18-144 on May 16, 2018.
* AAAE is a company that is focused exclusively on airports and airport related training programs.
* The contract allows for ten (10) additional years with AAAE, to customize, manage, and maintain Airport videos, database and DAC.
* This contract is for the vendor, AAAE, to customize, manage, and maintain Airport online training and training database.
* Total compensation is increased by $18,200, with a total contract value not to exceed $256,650.
