PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation ITB-25-0422RB
BACKGROUND: A competitive Bid was issued seeking Disposal Facilities for Excavated Materials to solicit fixed pricing for the disposal of excavated materials at permitted sites in various locations throughout the County. The excavated materials are the result of various maintenance and construction projects by the Road Maintenance Division of Public Works in their ongoing road maintenance activities throughout the year.
Road Maintenance trucks will deliver to the nearest permitted location based on the lowest net cost on an "as needed" basis during the contract term.
Nine (9) successful bidders offered competitive pricing and were awarded for Disposal Facilities for Excavated Materials.
