PURPOSE: To authorize the County Executive to enter into the agreement with the Granite Falls School District No. 332, as required by Chapter 30.66C SCC, for participation in the County’s school impact fee program.
BACKGROUND: The Granite Falls School District No. 332 (“District”) has indicated its desire to participate in the County’s school impact fee program. This motion would authorize the County Executive to enter into an agreement with the District to allow the District to participate in the County’s school impact fee program and enable the County to perform corresponding administrative duties under Chapter 30.66C SCC. This motion and addenda do not change any fees associated with the school impact fee program.
