ORAL MOTION
Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve the Settlement Agreement in the amount of $1,550,000 in Jennifer Dold et al. v. Snohomish County, et al., US District Court for the Western District of Washington, 2:20-cv-00383-RAJ as negotiated by Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys, and to authorize the County Executive to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreements, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present.
