PURPOSE: Approve Amendment No. 1 for Executive signature. Contract maximum changes to $1,000,000.
BACKGROUND: This agreement will help to increase the childcare facility maintained by the Machinist Institute. The Machinist Institute intends to offer at least 10% of the children attending will be from a household at or below 65% AMI until December 31, 2034.
