PURPOSE: The purpose of this Agreement is to perform on-site watershed analysis and potential re-certification.
BACKGROUND:
• Salmon-Safe, Inc. of Portland, Oregon was selected to provide on-site watershed analysis and independent certification per RFP No. 18-18SR.
• The original Agreement allows for an extension of three years to December 31, 2026.
• Salmon-Safe will re-evaluate to determine if the Airport’s current stormwater program meets the criteria to be granted Salmon-Safe Re-certification, an independent certification. If the Airport does not meet the criteria, Salmon-Safe will recommend policy and or infrastructure changes to improve the program.
• This three-year extension has a NTE of $31,800.
