BACKGROUND: This contract covers cases that are a conflict of interest for PDA. The case types covered under this contract includes: Misdemeanors, Felonies, Expedited Felonies, Juvenile Criminal Charges, Miscellaneous Superior Court cases types, and RALJ (appeals from District Court to Superior Court).
