PURPOSE: To give Council a monthly update on the New Start Centers Project.
BACKGROUND: This is a Council-requested monthly discussion item on the New Start Centers in Everett and Edmonds. The funding sources for the centers include ARPA (Project CLFR-011), HOME ARP and Affordable Housing and Behavioral Health (AHBH).
