PURPOSE: Professional Services Agreement with Bridge Coordination Services to provide domestic violence coordination services for Snohomish County.
BACKGROUND: During the 2023 Snohomish County Budget Process, amended ordinance 22-059, section nine, granted $292,000 in ARPA funding to provide for domestic violence coordination services for the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. Payment will be made to the Sheriff’s Office via journal voucher. Bridge Coordination Services was the winner of RFP-23-008 to provide domestic violence coordination services for Snohomish County. Bridge Coordination Services will provide up to 80 hours a week of DV coordinator services at Sheriff’s Office precincts. Bridge Coordination Services will be paid an hourly rate for services provided and the total contract will not exceed $292,000.
