PURPOSE: To recommend the reappointment of Harold Howard to the Snohomish County Veterans Assistance Fund Executive Board.
BACKGROUND: • Harold Howard, residing in Council District 4, is seeking reappointment as a member-at-large. Mr. Howard lives in Everett and served in the United States Army for four years. He is active in the community and would be a valuable asset to the Snohomish County Veterans Assistance Fund Executive Board. This will be Harold Howard’s third term on the Board.
