PURPOSE: To approve the Agreement Re-Assignment from Neste Event Marketing LLC to Fran Romeo Agency
BACKGROUND: The County entered into an agreement with Neste Event Marketing LLC for Grandstand Entertainment Consultant services for the 2023-2027 Fairs. Neste Event Marketing requested a re-assignment to the Fran Romeo Agency due to the sale of their business. County staff, DPA and Risk Manager reviewed the re-assignment. Neste Event Marketing and Fran Romeo Agency have signed the assignment letter, and we seek County Council approval.
