PURPOSE: request Council consider reclassifying COU7670R from classified exempt to management exempt.
BACKGROUND: An analysis of Council’s administrative, cross-training and process needs identified that is was both necessary and appropriate to re-align the Administrative Specialist (Classified Exempt) to an Administrative Assistant (Management Exempt). HR has reviewed the documentation and justification and supports the reclass of Reina Barber, position COR7670R.
