BACKGROUND: A competitive bid was issued for improvements to the pedestrian access route along and in the area of 204th Street SW. Improvements include addition or upgrade of curb ramps and sidewalk as well as other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the 2025 Standard Specifications.
