PURPOSE: Approval of PUD to install three-phase underground primary power for Arlington Operation Center located at 19700 67th Ave NE; costs not to exceed $41,732.08 without written approval from Snohomish County.
BACKGROUND: This contract is for engineering, material, easement, permitting and construction labor cost to install three-phase underground primary power for the Arlington Operation Center (AOC) located at 19700 - 67th Ave NE. Construction on the new AOC continues to progress and the prime contractor is nearly ready to have electric service turned on in the building. Before exceeding the $90,000 estimate, Snohomish County PUD will provide a supplemental estimate. This estimate must be reviewed and approved by the County before the work can continue.
