PURPOSE: Uniforms, Customization & Accessories
BACKGROUND: The County has need for uniforms, related customization & accessories. DES, in cooperation with the State of Oregon issued bid number 03424 for Uniforms, Customization & Accessories on February 5, 2025. The bid was awarded to three bidders. This recommendation is for the lowest, responsive bidder: Galls LLC. On July 3, 2025, DES entered into a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement-Washington/Oregon Cooperative with Galls LLC. The Snohomish County county-wide spend for uniforms, customization and accessories is $250,000 annually. A Contract Usage Agreement between Snohomish County and DES authorizing cooperative purchases was approved by the County Council under Motion 24-232 and is currently in effect.
